Where to Buy?
All yarn and fibre is available from our online store here, and all patterns from our Ravelry store.
Visits to our registered address are not permitted. Due to the presence of dye powders and hot water our insurance does not cover this. Visits to us at shows, where this is not an issue, are more than welcome though.
Items added to your cart will remain available to you for 15 minutes. When 15 minutes has been reached the item will disappear from your cart and will then be available to others.
Custom and Wholesale Orders
At the moment, I am unable to offer custom or wholesale orders.
Payments are accepted through PayPal only and at the time of purchase. PayPal is a safe and reliable payment provider. You do not need a PayPal account. Simply follow the instructions to log in or pay as a guest of PayPal with a credit or debit card.
Packaging & Postage
Here at Gradiance Yarns I operate a flat rate postage system. These are currently £3.20 for the UK, £4.20 for the EU and European countries, and £5.50 for the Rest of the World. Order as much yarn as you want, you won’t pay anymore than this.
Yarn and Fibre deliveries will be made to the address given to me by PayPal. Please ensure this is correct as neither of us want parcels going to the wrong place. Under no circumstances will Gradiance Yarns accept responsibility for packages which are lost or delayed due to incorrect address information, nor will I provide refunds for such.
Patterns on Ravelry are automatically added to your library (or that of a gift recipient if this is what you have chosen).
I aim to dispatch all yarn and fibre orders within 2 workings days via Royal Mail from the UK. UK parcels will be sent 2nd Class, and International parcels will be sent via International Standard (previously called Airmail). If you do not receive your parcel within 10 working days in the UK, 20 working days in Europe, or 25 working days internationally from the date of dispatch please contact me. Patterns are by instant PDF download available through your Ravelry library.
Customs & Tax Charges
All yarn and fibre buyers outside of the EU are responsible for their own Customs charges, and I will not make a false declaration. This includes European countries who are not part of the EU. UK and EU buyers are exempt from Customs charges.
All pattern sales to EU buyers are inclusive of any VAT charged by your country and is automatically added by Ravelry. The VAT repayment to your country’s tax authority is handled by Ravelry.
Returns & Refunds
Yarn and fibre buyers have the right to cancel their order at any time and for any reason up to and within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me within this time frame if you wish to do so. Any items for return must be done so in their original unused condition. You may examine an item to the same degree you would be allowed in a brick and mortar shop, but beyond that the item loses value and I cannot resell these items. As an example I cannot resell anything that have been exposed to smoke or has been partially used.
Pattern sales are non-refundable.
All photographs put up are the best I can get to match on my monitor. Please bear in mind that all computer screens vary.
My household is a smoke-free environment. However I do have a cat, and whilst I try my very best to keep them separated, I cannot control every single cat hair. Please bear this in mind if you have any allergies.
Legal Bits & Personal Information
All sales are subject to UK legislation, and by purchasing an item you acknowledge acceptance of this.
